MINDCHURCH TICKETS

ADVANCE DISCOUNTED FESTIVAL TICKET WITH A HOTEL ROOM: $125.00 (This is in addition to the cost of the room, which can be split with friends) THESE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AT THE GATE AS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VERIFY YOU WITH THE ROOM’S BOOKER.
ADVANCE FULL PRICE TICKET WITHOUT A HOTEL ROOM: $155.00 (NO camping/sleeping on the Resort’s property, you need to sleep off-site/commute) THESE WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE UNTIL 12:01 am on 11/11/2022.
TICKETS AT THE GATE: $160 Cash/Zelle, or $180 Venmo/Square Invoice. Gate Price will include hotel wristbands but you must tell us who’s room you are staying in to get one. There still cannot be more than 5 People in a room.
Step 1: Decide, will you get a hotel room? If Yes, How many people will be in the hotel room?
Step 2: Go TO THIS LINK to buy a room and select “Discount Ticket (1) & Hotel Room Mindchurch 2022.” There, you will be able to add your tickets and additional roommates. If this page shows no available rooms, please send us an email at mindchurchfest@gmail.com with a room request and the number of tickets you need.
** Important: In the “note” section in the checkout, please write the Name(s) OF EACH GUEST on each ID for hotel check in and Will Call, Email Address, and Phone Number. If you need to add a roommate later, it’s OK! Just email us. If you do not tell us the names, you will need to arrive together with your roommates.
Rates are as follows:
$240.00 plus tax and 4% credit card fee for a two night stay with two people in the room. (STRONGLY RECOMENDED) The Hotel also accepts Zelle, which will save you 4%.
$170.00 plus tax and 4% credit card fee for ONE night stay with two people in the room.
$10.00 plus tax and 4% credit card fee per guest after the second guest. Maximum guests per room is 5. So, for a room with 5 people staying for 2 nights, the fee due to the Resort is $270 plus taxes and 4% credit card fee. If 5 guests split a room evenly, after taxes and fees, the room will cost about $62.00 per person.
Crib/Cot Rental if reserved ahead of time: $25.00 Per Cot, per stay; $15.00 per crib, per stay. Requests for cot/crib on site are subject to additional $10.00/night charge.
Step 3: If you’ve called the Resort and paid for your room, please Email the confirmation of room booking to: mindchurchfest@gmail.com. You will then receive instructions for purchasing discounted tickets for $125 per guest, up to the amount of people you have paid to stay in the room. You will need to provide the full name of all room guests so that they can be added to the Will Call List. We will accept various forms of payment, but Zelle is preferred.
Step 4: Check in: Upon Arrival, you will check into the room first. Then, bring your booking confirmation to the Mindchurch box office. There, you will receive a MINDCHURCH weekend wristband and a HOTEL ROOM wristband. Guests without a HOTEL ROOM wristband will not be permitted into the hotel room wings of the Resort.
Note: You may attend Mindchurch without a hotel room at the full ticket price of $155 plus fees. Resort security will not allow you to sleep anywhere on the grounds of the Resort. You may stay off-site. There will not be any single day tickets for Mindchurch.
